ExBarrier is « the » firewall software of choice. ExBarrier is not your ordinary piece of software, it will actually install itself directly into your network card’s drivers and then from there, control everything that comes in and out of your computer. It is also possible to limit the amount of bandwidth that a user has on a computer via ExBarrier.
